We make it easy for you to build your social marketing footprint and to engage clients. We’ll do the set-up and ‘tech stuff’ for you.
This package includes:
- Developing and customizing a business page for you on Facebook.
- Developing a personal page on Facebook to interact with your business page.
- Three Facebook entries scheduled over seven days.
- Uploading a mapping tool called ‘Cities I’ve Visited’ that will enable you to pinpoint and share destinations you are knowledgeable about with your online community.
- Your business page will become a fan of 10 businesses based on your niche. These links will be shown on your page and enable visitors to learn more about your business partners.
- An email that you can send to clients notifying them of your Facebook presence.
- Uploading up to five travel photos you provide when you sign up for this package.
- A check list of ideas that will help you to integrate Facebook into your other marketing methods.
- An event page that will list up to three of your most upcoming events.
- An overview of themes and best practices that will help you to do your own postings if you are not joining the ongoing solutions program.

Ongoing Facebook Marketing Solutions
$30/month +applicable taxes

Through this solution, we will...
- Save you time!
- Customize the marketing to your niche & specialty.
- Keep your clients engaged and interested.
- Scan over 50 publications and blogs for information that will help you close more sales by engaging your clients in destinations, hot trends and the newest topics.
This package includes:
- Researching relevant information and adding a new post three times/week, or 12 posts per month.
- A checklist to help you use email and other traditional tools to build a base of fans who visit your page.
- Marketing of your Facebook site every six months to invite friends to your fan page.
- Periodic reminders and updates to help you maximize your Facebook experience once you reach 30 fans.
- Acting as an Administrator on a limited basis in order to provide the above services.
- A poll every 6 months to learn about and engage your clients.
- Update your events page once during each 6 month period, 3 event maximum.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement sets forth the Terms and Conditions that apply to provision and use of the Customized Management Solutions (CMS) Social Media development service. By using this service, we both agree to comply with the following terms.
Our Responsibilities
- Customized Management Solutions agrees to provide the social media package(s) purchased by you in a professional and timely manner.
- CMS is responsible for ongoing client support beyond the initial package only if the client purchases a monthly service package.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing information and materials required by CMS in a timely manner. These include but are not limited to client specific materials to be used in the service, such as:
- information about you and your business to include in your profile, provided through an online form that you will need to fill out once you have completed arrangements to receive the service.
- Photos
- Logos
- You assume full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of any information provided to CMS for use on your social media site(s).
- You are responsible for paying all charges necessary to use and access the service according to the schedule provided by CMS.
- While CMS can help you to establish and maintain your social media presence, you need to become directly involved to receive maximum benefit from the interaction. This includes reviewing the site on a regular basis, as well as participating in and responding to conversations.
Terms of Services
- Service begins...
- When this agreement has been accepted by you.
- When you have signed up for a package and have arranged for payment.
- When the online questionnaire has been completed and submitted.
- Payment will be in advance of service unless otherwise determined by both parties.
- Where an ongoing maintenance package has been selected, the service will be available for the time specified, and will automatically be renewed at the end of the initial term unless terminated by either party. A notice will be sent to you one month before the end of each term.
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your service agreement with us. No refunds will be given for partial terms or for any initial registration fee.
