It’s hard for many people to imagine going anywhere without their phones these days. And that makes mobile marketing bigger than ever! A great way to engage consumers while remaining interesting is to reach out to them using apps.
One of the hottest new apps gaining attention with users is Thumb.
Have you ever been enjoying a fam and wondered what your clients might think of it? Or wanted to gauge clients’ opinions of a destination?
Now you can reach out to them and get feedback in just seconds. And the best part? Thumb connects you with users who want to be involved!
Thumb is an app available on iPhone and Android that may be downloaded from the App Store. Click here to visit the website for download and to learn more.
Once downloaded, you can sign in using Facebook, or create a unique Thumb account. Since you’re using this for work you may consider adding your logo and company information in the bio section.
When you’ve logged in, you can pick one of two options: “Ask for Opinions,” and “Give Your Opinions.” This is how users are instantly pulled to content they want to engage with.
Opinions include votes as simple as thumbs up, thumbs down, or neutral. Users can also leave comments, if they choose. You can filter the categories you’re shown in the voting section.
We’ve all heard that simpler is better, and Thumb is the perfect example of that: users see exactly what they want and are able to vote on it quickly and easily – engaging with content and increasing awareness of your brand in the process.
Travel Agents: Use Thumb on fam tours to get clients excited about new trips they can book with you.
Tour Operators: Post snaps from your latest and newest tours to show sneak peeks to future clients.
Destinations: Show pictures of your area during different holidays or events to give clients an idea of what visiting is like throughout the year.
Social marketing is about far more than the bottom line – it’s about having fun and inviting clients to join you. Thumb offers the travel, tourism and hospitality industry a great new way to accomplish that without having to worry about a huge budget.
